Hiring: Sales Representative

• Pay: Unlimited earning potential with a pay plan designed to reward performance. Average earnings range from $60,000 to $100,000+ annually, with top performers exceeding these earnings. We base compensation on your individual results and production.
• Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reports to: Sales Desk Manager
• Workplace: Onsite - Fort Worth, TX

What You'll Do

• Exceed monthly sales targets for new and used vehicles, parts, and services
• Conduct test drives and product demonstrations to showcase vehicle features and benefits
• Negotiate prices and terms with customers to provide a mutually beneficial agreement
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales, customer interactions, and vehicle inventory
• Stay current with industry trends, competitors, and manufacturer incentives and programs

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of experience in automotive sales or a related field
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong knowledge of automotive products and services
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales management systems
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
