Senior Technical Support Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Support Technician for a long-term contract opportunity in Beaumont, Texas. Responsibilities Demonstrate strong knowledge of computer hardware and software, with a continuous willingness to learn and apply new technologies Install, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on personal computers and related systems Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and system performance issues Identify and address network-related issues affecting desktop and laptop computers Provide technical support and user training to ensure effective technology adoption Develop and document support processes and technical procedures Lead and contribute to technical projects and improvement initiatives Serve as a local technical lead and mentor, providing guidance and support to junior technicians You 6+ years of expertise providing “white-glove” executive-level support 8+ years of hands-on experience providing end-user support 8+ years of practical knowledge supporting personal computer hardware and routine software installation 8+ years of proven capability troubleshooting IT hardware and peripherals in an enterprise environment 8+ years of proficiency supporting Microsoft productivity tools such as Office 365 and MS Teams 8+ years of technical exposure supporting video teleconferencing solutions such as Cisco Webex 7+ years of expertise creating technical knowledge articles, preferred 5+ years of hands-on background utilizing ServiceNow in a support environment, preferred 5+ years of practical exposure working in a multi-vendor environment for support operations, preferred What We Offer Competitive compensation and benefits, including health, dental, vision, life, accident, and disability insurance.
