Contract - Expeditor

Our company is seeking a motivated contract expeditor to join our team. The expeditor is responsible for monitoring and accelerating the flow of materials, components, and information throughout the supply chain to ensure on-time delivery for production and customer orders. This role works closely with purchasing, suppliers, production, and logistics teams to resolve delays and maintain schedule commitments.

Job responsibilities:

• Tracking progress
• Monitoring orders, materials or tasks to ensure they stay on schedule
• Coordinating teams
• Communicating between departments (production, purchasing, logistics, etc.)
• Preventing delays
• Identifying bottlenecks and resolving issues quickly
• Following up on orders
• Ensuring materials, supplies, or dishes are delivered or completed on time
• Updating status
• Reporting progress to managers or stakeholders
