TrueHeritage Staffing is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a well-established insurance agency in the Lake Suzy area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships with clients while providing exceptional service in both personal and commercial insurance.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience servicing personal and commercial insurance lines and possess a valid Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License .

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to new and existing clients.
• Assist customers with policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and coverage questions.
• Process certificates of insurance, binders, policy documentation, and other insurance-related paperwork.
• Support both personal and commercial lines accounts.
• Communicate with insurance carriers regarding policy updates and client requests.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally.
• Work closely with producers and account managers to ensure excellent client service.
• Follow agency procedures while maintaining compliance with insurance regulations.

Qualifications

• Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License (Required)
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with both personal and commercial insurance lines
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and agency management software
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced office
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in an independent insurance agency
• Knowledge of policy servicing, renewals, endorsements, and certificates of insurance
