The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess a minimum of one year of office experience, and have a background in the insurance industry. This part-time position requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to clients in both English and Spanish via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Assist clients with inquiries related to insurance policies, coverage options, and claims processing. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ensure follow-up on all inquiries and requests. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery. Educate clients on insurance products and services, helping them understand their options and making informed decisions. Support administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments. Qualifications: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required. Minimum of 1 year of office experience, preferably in a customer service role. Background in the insurance industry is preferred; familiarity with insurance terminology and processes is a plus. Insurance license is preferred but not required; willingness to obtain a license is a must. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable with various computer systems. Background Check will be required Work Schedule: This is a part-time position, requiring availability from Wednesday to Friday.
