This full-time contract opportunity is tailored for a Speech-Language Pathologist who has already achieved their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) and is passionate about collaboration and mentorship. As the dedicated SLP for two middle schools, you will make a critical impact by overseeing an SLPA and shaping students progress through direct and consultative services. Qualifications & Experience: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required Hold (or be eligible for) appropriate Minnesota SLP licensure Previous school-based SLP experience preferred Experience supervising or mentoring Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) is an asset Excellent organizational and communication skills Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments for middle school students Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Oversee and serve as a clinical supervisor for an SLPA, ensuring high standards of service delivery Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines Promote inclusive, student-centered intervention strategies What Awaits You: Full-time hours (37.5/week) for the entire school year (late August 2026 early June 2027) On-site onlyactive engagement within school communities An opportunity to lead, mentor, and make a tangible difference in students lives #J-18808-Ljbffr ProCare Therapy
