About the Role

The Service Manager is expected to be the most disciplined and results-driven person in the shop.

You’ll oversee workflow, lead the team, drive profitability, maintain customer satisfaction, and help enforce the standards that make Clutch Automotive successful across every location.

• Deliver a consistent 5-star customer experience
• Lead advisors and technicians
• Manage parts workflow and organization
• Monitor shop capacity and efficiency
• Support operational needs across locations when necessary
• Maintain accountability, culture, and execution standards

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years automotive industry experience
• 1+ year leadership or management experience in an independent shop environment. 
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Sales-minded but customer-focused
• Comfortable with cloud-based shop software
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Professional, disciplined, and proactive mindset
• Valid driver’s license
