Job Description

• Craft Tailored Therapy Plans: Assess patient needs and devise individualized treatment strategies that empower them to achieve their desired outcomes.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methods to advance patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work in tandem with other OTs, PTs, STs, healthcare providers, and nursing staff to deliver holistic care.
• Guide Patients and Families: Equip patients and caregivers with essential knowledge on therapy practices to promote continued improvement.
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor treatment efficacy and adjust approaches as necessary to keep patients on their recovery path.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Encouragement and support for ongoing professional education and advanced certifications

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
