Fabricator/Welder

Personnel Plus Inc., is now hiring a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join a growing, dynamic team. This role is essential in producing high-quality metal components while maintaining strict adherence to safety standards and specifications.

Pay: $20.00–$24.00/hour (DOE)
Hours: 40–60 per week, depending on workload

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and work from schematics and technical drawings (required and non-negotiable)
• Fabricate metal components using MIG and TIG wire feed welding
• Operate power tools and fabrication machinery, including band saws
• Perform quality inspections using measuring tools to ensure accuracy and tolerances
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes
• Other duties may be assigned

Requirements

• Proven experience with MIG and TIG welding
• Strong mechanical aptitude and fabrication knowledge
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Experience with residential railing, ornamental metalwork, or similar
• Proficiency with fabrication tools and machinery
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
• Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs
• Must pass a drug screen
