We welcome applications from candidates of diverse professional backgrounds - whether you're just starting your career or an experienced professional.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and manage advanced database systems, data analytics, and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and data integrity.Acquire data from primary and secondary sources while effectively maintaining databases and data systems.Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns within complex data sets, providing actionable insights.Create data collection systems and other strategies that enhance statistical efficiency and data quality.Review computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.Collaborate closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.Discover and define new process improvement opportunities.Communicate data-driven recommendations to the broader organization in a clear, compelling manner.Preferred Qualifications:A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics. A Masters degree is preferred but not mandatory.Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.Expertise in data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques.Proficiency with reporting packages, databases, programming languages (e.g., XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks).Familiarity with statistical packages for analyzing large datasets (e.g., Excel, SPSS, SAS).Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.Proficiency in queries, report writing, and presenting findings.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.Senior Level Candidates - Extra Considerations:Minimum of 5 years of experience in a data analyst role or similar.Proven abilities in mentorship and team leadership.In-depth understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms.Prior experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau.We are an equal opportunity employer.
