In this position, you will warmly greet guests, responsibly park and retrieve vehicles, and maintain a smooth and organized parking experience. If you are a safe driver with previous experience in valet operations or within hotels, we invite you to apply today!Please note: Seeking candidates with open availabilityJOB SUMMARY: The Valet Attendant is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient handling, parking, and retrieval of hotel guest vehicles.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Drive and park guest vehicles safely and in a timely mannerProvide guest assistance and information, such as giving directions, assisting with luggage, informing guests of hotel amenities, etc.Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionallyFollow all hotel safety protocols to protect guests, staff, and vehiclesKeep parking areas clean and orderly to ensure that space usage is maximizedMonitor any valet parking department equipment and inform a manager or supervisor of any repairs needed.Be knowledgeable of hotel emergency procedures and how to respond accordinglyReport any unusual occurrences or requests to the Valet Supervisor or ManagerOTHER DUTIES:Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
