Patient Experience Analyst

Serving as the enterprise data steward and analytics partner for patient experience information, the full-time remote Patient Experience Analyst will ensure the accuracy and accessibility of patient experience data, translating it into actionable insights to support improvement efforts across the organization. Key responsibilities Maintain and validate Press Ganey patient experience data, ensuring accurate and reliable reporting Act as the intake and coordination point for Press Ganey-related activities, managing data requests and issues Design and enhance patient experience reporting and dashboards, delivering timely insights to leadership Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Health Informatics, Public Health, Business, Data Science, or a related field, or 4 years of equivalent experience 3 years of experience in analytics, reporting, data stewardship, or performance improvement Experience in serving as an intake or coordination point for data-related requests Familiarity with healthcare, matrixed organizations, or regulated environments is preferred
