You will also learn best practices to train and develop your team and set the expectation of providing excellent customer service as you lead by example.Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 /HourlyCompensation within range to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge and skills, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.Responsibilities:Collaborate with the General Manager to learn overall expectations and procedures of store operations, sales plans, profit margins, payroll and all controllable expenses.
