EHS Supervisor

Our client is seeking a EHS Supervisor to join their team. As a EHS Supervisor, you will be part of the Safety and Compliance Department supporting the Largo, FL Depot. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to foster a safety-first culture, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: EHS Supervisor Location: Largo, FL Responsibilities Lead and manage Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) programs for the depot and field service teams. Develop and implement strategies that promote a proactive safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance. Conduct risk assessments, inspections, and audits to identify hazards and implement corrective actions. Coordinate with regulatory agencies such as EPA and OSHA for inspections, permits, and reporting requirements. Oversee emergency preparedness, including hurricane planning and hazardous materials shipping compliance. Qualifications B.S. Degree in Environmental, Safety, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of EHS experience in manufacturing, medical device servicing, pharmaceuticals, or biotechnology sectors. Proficiency in applicable EHS regulations and strong understanding of safety standards. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze data, prepare technical reports, and communicate effectively during regulatory inspections.
