Job Summary

Seeking an Assembler to support manufacturing operations including cutting, re-spooling, and packing wire/cable. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone with manufacturing experience and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Follow assembly instructions, drawings, parts lists, and standard procedures

• Assemble orders, ensuring correct fit and fastening of parts and subassemblies

• Report quality, process, equipment, or material issues to the Team Leader

• Provide hands-on training to coworkers as needed

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with procedures and regulations

• Perform other duties as assigned by Team Leader, Production Supervisor, or Manager

Requirements

• 1–2 years manufacturing or warehouse experience

• Strong basic math skills

• Experience with material handling equipment

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for long periods

• Reliable transportation (own vehicle required)

• High school diploma or GED

• Willing to work overtime/weekends as needed
