Role Overview
You’ll be part of a large, integrated lab network under HCA Healthcare Laboratory Services, supporting diagnostics across 250+ facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate, timely lab testing (including proficiency samples)
- Handle STAT testing within turnaround targets
- Interpret results using independent judgment (delta checks, correlations)
- Maintain documentation and patient records
- Run quality control procedures and troubleshoot issues
- Review pending/result logs and manage workload
- Step in during supervisor absence when needed
Requirements
- Required: Associate degree
- Minimum 1 year as Medical Technologist
- Florida State Technologist License
Shift: Nights (Rotating Weekends)
