As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you'll provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing your expertise as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's unique needs.
- Develop personalized treatment plans that outline clear therapeutic goals and monitor client progress throughout the treatment process.
- Utilize our telehealth platform efficiently to conduct sessions, maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Document therapeutic interventions and progress notes promptly within our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring comprehensive client records.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address client needs holistically, including referrals to psychiatrists or other specialists when necessary.
- Participate in supervision and training meetings to enhance professional development and adhere to best practices within the mental health field.
- Engage with clients through ongoing assessments to evaluate their progress and adapt therapy interventions accordingly.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Our services cater to a diverse patient population with varying mental health needs. We work with children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and family dynamics. Qualifications
- A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- Demonstrated experience providing mental health therapy to individuals, couples, and families in a clinical setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, cultivating trust and rapport with clients.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working in a telehealth capacity, familiar with teletherapy tools and practices.
- A background in crisis intervention and management, with the ability to assist clients during challenging situations.
- Proficiency in tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet the unique cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds of clients.
Compensation and Benefits
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for continued education and professional growth.
