Contact Center Associate

Contact Center Associate
ITM is seeking experienced, success minded full-time individuals. We have openings for:
- Inbound/Outbound experts
- Appointment setters
- Customer service representatives
- Lead generation specialists
- Data collection professionals
Skill set you will have/learn:
- Proficiency in basic computer and keyboarding skills
- The ability to navigate multiple browser tabs simultaneously
- Excellent telephone communication skills
- Integrity, vision, and passion
- Make and receive inbound and outbound calls
- Follow up on leads or return customer service calls
- Generation of interest/leads for corporate products/services
- Establishing ongoing rapport with existing/potential customers
- Listen and respond accordingly to resolve customer inquiries
Work Schedule: Typically, Monday through Friday, but dependent on program needs. Weekends and holidays are possible.
This is not a work from home position.
Pay is weekly and direct deposit. Pay is $14.00-15.00 based on the program.
As part of our team you will have: Competitive pay, PTO, paid holidays, medical and life insurance, 401k, and paid training. Must be at least 18 yrs old to apply.
