In this role, you’ll serve as a crucial advocate and resource from February through the end of the school year, helping students improve their communication skills and reach their full academic potential. While exact caseload details are to be determined, you can expect to provide evaluation, intervention, and progress monitoring to a diverse group of students ranging in ages and needs.

Qualifications & Desired Experience

• Current WA Speech Language Pathologist license, plus ESA certification
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY accepted
• Experience in school-based, pediatric, and/or teletherapy settings preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary school teams

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based speech and language services to students
• Develop individualized goals, treatment plans, and progress notes
• Support educators and families through consultation and training
• Participate in IEP meetings and ensure compliance with state and federal requirements
• Flexibly adapt services as needed, including potential for teletherapy
