Key Responsibilities

Lead by example to create a positive, team-focused, and enthusiastic work environment.
Coach and support team members to deliver fast, friendly service and accurate orders.
Manage daily restaurant operations including staffing, food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
Organize and prepare the team for busy periods with strong leadership and accountability.
Handle guest concerns professionally to ensure a fun and loving customer experience.

What We're Looking For

Motivated and dependable leader ready to take pride in their work and grow with us.
Previous experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality preferred but not required.
Strong communication skills and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
Ability to coach and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours as part of a dynamic team.
Must be at least 17 years old.
