ERP Business Analyst/Consultant

We are looking for an experienced ERP Business Analyst/Consultant to support financial systems and serve as a key connection point between business stakeholders and technical teams in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This Long-term Contract position offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment while helping finance operations run smoothly across banking, receivables, reporting, and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical judgment, hands-on ERP knowledge, and the ability to translate operational needs into practical system solutions.Responsibilities:• Partner with finance leaders, end users, and IT professionals to align system capabilities with operational and reporting needs.• Provide functional support for financial processes related to banking, accounts receivable, and associated enterprise applications.• Investigate application issues, identify root causes, and coordinate timely resolution with technical and business teams.• Review data flows and system connections between PeopleSoft and other platforms to maintain reliable integrations.• Assist with application setup, validation, testing activities, and improvements to existing ERP functionality.• Update and refine current reports, queries, and dashboards to address changing business priorities without unnecessary new development.• Capture business needs, process maps, and system documentation to support enhancements and ongoing operations.• Recommend workflow improvements that increase efficiency, strengthen accuracy, and support better user experience.• Contribute business analysis and coordination support for finance-related activities connected to the Workday implementation.• Use tools such as ServiceNow, Cognos, and related reporting technologies to support incidents, requests, and analytical needs.
