Caregiver Recruitment & Retention Specialist

Amada OC INC in San Clemente is seeking an HR Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for caregivers, coordinators, and staff. You will drive onboarding, ensure background checks and regulatory clearances are completed, and maintain comprehensive new-hire documentation. This role also owns engagement, retention initiatives, and HR compliance across the caregiving team.
