Overview Provide comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals. This role focuses on building financial plans, recommending brokerage products, and coordinating with internal partners. The position also requires compliance with the SAFE Act for residential mortgage loan origination. Responsibilities Triage client leads and make referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds. Meet with clients to review financial and investment goals, build tailored financial plans, and recommend brokerage products (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, banking, and money‑managed solutions). Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with clients’ financial objectives. Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele. Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners on client needs and potential product services. Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities and incorporate regulatory due diligence. Required Qualifications Series 7 license. Series 66 license (or Series 63/65 in lieu of 66 with a passing score within 60 days). Minimum one year of experience in the investments industry, including in-depth knowledge of investment products and services. Minimum one year of experience in the financial services or sales environment with proven goal achievement. Strong communication, client relationship building, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to manage goals, navigate complexity, prioritize tasks, and execute quickly. Desired Qualifications Strong computer skills and multitasking ability. Minimum three years of experience in financial services or sales with proven goal achievement. Professional designations such as CFP or CRPC. Insurance licenses. Compensation Annual salary range: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00, based on experience, education and skill set. Incentives Eligible for a formulaic incentive plan based on performance metrics. Compliance SAFE Act registration required for residential mortgage loan origination. Requires federal registry registration and background check.
