Warehouse Material Handler

Partners Personnel Management

Job Summary:

Responsible for receiving, storing, and shipping materials while maintaining accurate inventory and a safe, organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Load, unload, inspect, and verify incoming/outgoing materials
Stock and organize inventory using FIFO methods
Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, hand tools)
Use RF systems/computers to track inventory and material locations
Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation
Create shipping documents (BOLs, delivery tickets)
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
Assist other departments and perform general warehouse duties

Qualifications:

High school diploma required
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office/Excel)
Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Dependable with strong attendance

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
Frequent forklift use and movement throughout shift
Comfortable working in warehouse conditions (noise, dust, etc.)

Additional Requirements:

Follow all safety procedures and wear PPE
Valid driver's license required
Must be flexible and willing to work additional hours as needed
