This position is considered remote which means it does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. YOUR ROLE. Responsibilities include but not limited to:Lead the design and development of complex Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.Architect and implement integrations with other systems.Perform code reviews and ensure coding standards are met.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.Mentor and train junior developers.Participate in project planning and management.Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and high-performing.Stay current with industry trends and best practices.YOUR EXPERIENCE. The successful candidate will have:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.7-10 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development.Strong expertise in C#, JavaScript, and Power Automate.Experience with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).Knowledge of Power PlatformHands-on with Azure servicesCertification in Dynamics 365 is highly desirable.Preferred Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer associate and Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant associateExperience with Agile methodologies.Proven track record of delivering complex CRM solutions. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
