Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and executive assistants.
• Manage schedule changes, travel preferences, and itinerary details.
• Coordinate and manage flight crew scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with FAR Part 91 duty limits and legal rest requirements.
• Oversee end-to-end trip planning for large‑cabin aircraft.
• Coordinate catering, ground transportation, and other trip logistics.
• Ensure all trip arrangements comply with FAA regulations and company safety standards.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in corporate flight dispatch or aviation crew scheduling.
• Strong knowledge of FAA Part 91 duty and rest regulations.
• Proficiency with flight scheduling or trip‑planning software, such as TripPlanning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when working with executives.
• Ability to remain calm and effective in high‑pressure situations.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, 24/7 operational environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service mindset with exceptional attention to detail and safety.
