Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and executive assistants. Manage schedule changes, travel preferences, and itinerary details. Coordinate and manage flight crew scheduling. Ensure compliance with FAR Part 91 duty limits and legal rest requirements. Oversee end-to-end trip planning for large‑cabin aircraft. Coordinate catering, ground transportation, and other trip logistics. Ensure all trip arrangements comply with FAA regulations and company safety standards. Requirements 2–5 years of experience in corporate flight dispatch or aviation crew scheduling. Strong knowledge of FAA Part 91 duty and rest regulations. Proficiency with flight scheduling or trip‑planning software, such as TripPlanning. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when working with executives. Ability to remain calm and effective in high‑pressure situations. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, 24/7 operational environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong customer service mindset with exceptional attention to detail and safety.
