Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Nursing in the Portland area. This position involves delivering comprehensive nursing care to emergency patients, supervising nursing staff, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. The role requires critical thinking, professional judgment, and effective communication in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; experience in an acute care facility preferred; current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; AHA-Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or ARC-Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification required; AHA-Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or ARC-PALS certification required.
• Additional Information: The position involves collecting relevant patient data, analyzing assessment findings, developing and implementing care plans, evaluating patient outcomes, collaborating with the healthcare team, providing patient and family education, participating in discharge planning, delegating duties, and performing other related duties as assigned.
