This individual’s primary responsibility is to utilizes software tools, data analysis, and investigative skills to identify, resolve, and prevent freight exceptions and losses. As well as to maintain consistent and professional communication across various levels of management and business departments. As the Market Investigator you will proactively identify and communicates opportunities for improving procedures and best practices. Conduct audits to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures. Also assists in developing and refining processes to enhance incident response times, improve incident analysis, and strengthen overall investigations.
