Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs, goals, and therapeutic preferences.

• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions addressing a wide range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, grief, relationship conflicts, and behavioral challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care, to facilitate effective and impactful therapy sessions.

• Deliver timely crisis management services, including assessment and intervention strategies for clients experiencing acute emotional distress.

• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, as well as organizational policies.

• Participate in regular supervision and professional development activities to enhance counseling skills and stay informed of industry advancements.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
