Supreme Optimization is hiring an analytics specialist with a proven track record of planning and implementing conversion tracking across GA4 and paid media platforms, and of managing consent so tracking respects every user's choices.

You will work directly with Supreme's enterprise clients: understanding their goals, building measurement plans that tie those goals to trackable conversions, implementing them through Google Tag Manager, and reporting on results in Looker Studio.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conversion tracking plans

• Work with clients and internal teams to define business goals, KPIs and the conversions that measure them.
• Build clear measurement and conversion tracking plans covering GA4 events, key events, parameters and naming conventions.
• Map each conversion to the marketing platforms that need it, including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Run onboarding for new clients, auditing their current setup and delivering baseline tracking.

Tracking implementation

• Implement GA4 and marketing platform tags, triggers and variables in Google Tag Manager.
• Configure conversions in each ad platform, including enhanced conversions and server-side or Conversions API setups where needed.
• Set up offline conversion tracking from CRMs such as Salesforce and HubSpot into Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, so leads and deals are attributed back to campaigns.
• Work with client developers to define and validate data layer requirements for forms, ecommerce and key site actions.
• Troubleshoot tracking issues and discrepancies between GA4, ad platforms and CRMs.

Consent management and privacy

• Set up, configure and manage consent management platforms (CMPs) such as OneTrust, Cookiebot and Usercentrics.
• Implement Google Consent Mode v2 and make sure every tag is blocked or fired according to the user's consent choices.
• Audit sites for tags that fire before consent and fix them.
• Keep tracking aligned with GDPR, CCPA and client privacy requirements, and advise clients on the impact on their data.

Reporting and dashboards

• Build and maintain Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio) dashboards that give clients clear insight into campaign and conversion performance.
• Use a strong understanding of GA4 and paid media metrics (sessions, key events, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate and more) to translate clients' reporting requirements into tracking requirements.

Quality assurance

• Run regular audits on conversion and consent setups to keep data accurate and compliant.
• Test and document every implementation before it goes live.
• Check dashboards are accurate, consistent and up to date.

Client communication and training

• Work directly with clients to understand their tracking and reporting needs.
• Explain technical findings in plain language to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Train internal teams on the tracking, KPIs and dashboards you build.
• Stay current on changes in GA4, ad platforms, consent and privacy rules.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• 3+ years in digital analytics, marketing technology or tracking implementation.
• Advanced GA4 and Google Tag Manager skills, including building conversion tracking plans from scratch.
• Hands-on experience setting up conversions in ad platforms such as Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn.
• Experience setting up offline conversion tracking from CRMs into ad platforms.
• Solid understanding of GA4 and paid ads metrics, and how reporting needs translate into tracking requirements.
• Experience configuring CMPs and Google Consent Mode v2, and making sure tags respect consent.
• Working knowledge of GDPR, CCPA and cookie consent requirements.
• Experience building dashboards in Looker Studio (Data Studio).
• Comfortable with browser dev tools, GTM preview and tag debugging tools.
• Clear communicator who can work directly with clients and explain technical topics simply.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

Nice to have

• Experience with Funnel, Power BI or Tableau.
• Server-side GTM or Conversions API implementations.
• Familiarity with CRMs such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Basic JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• Knowledge of the life science industry.
