Responsibilities include therapeutic treatment, diagnostic testing, ventilatory support, bronchopulmonary clearance, patient education, and maintenance of airways. These procedures are performed in both critical and non-critical care areas for patients of all ages. The practitioner is expected to uphold the mission, vision, and values of Froedtert Health System.\n Required Qualifications:\n - Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in general and critical care.\n - Associate Degree from a CoARC accredited Respiratory Care program.\n - Current State of Wisconsin License as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP).\n - Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) within 12 months of hire.\n - BLS certification.\n - NRP certification (required for Froedtert West Bend Hospital or Froedtert Menomonee Falls Hospital).\n Preferred Qualifications:\n - 2+ years of experience in a hospital setting providing respiratory care.\n - Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Care.\n - ACLS certification.\n - Membership in the American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC) and Wisconsin Society for Respiratory Care (WSRC).\n Additional Information:\n - Other duties as assigned.\n \n RightSourcing (a part of Magnit) expected pay package may vary and/or include certain benefits like: Stipends (for clinical traveler workers only), Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K\n \n QUALIFICATION/LICENSURE\n \n Work Authorization : US Citizen\n \n Preferred years of experience : years\n \n Travel required : No travel required\n \n Shift timings : Days\n \n Froedtert Health Job ID #37640456.
