NOW HIRING: Receptionist / Property Manager Assistant

Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: In-Person

ABA Rental Properties is a family-owned real estate and property management company looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized individual to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, multitasking, and helping keep office operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Greet tenants, vendors, and clients in a professional and welcoming manner
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails and text messages promptly
• Schedule appointments, property showings, inspections, and meetings
• Perform data entry and maintain organized tenant files and office records
• Assist with lease agreements, renewals, notices, and rental applications
• Collect rent payments and process related paperwork
• Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate with vendors and tenants
• Prepare and post notices as needed
• Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and key checkouts
• Maintain office supplies and ensure the office remains organized
• Support property managers with daily administrative and operational tasks
• Provide excellent customer service while handling tenant inquiries and concerns
• Learn company software and assist with additional office duties as assigned

No property management experience is required we are willing to train the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Office or front desk experience preferred, but not required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office experience is a plus)
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, but bilingualism is not required
