Hospice Sales Liaison

About the Opportunity
A growing hospice organization is seeking an experienced healthcare sales professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining referral relationships throughout the local market while serving as a trusted resource to physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other healthcare partners.
We are looking for someone who is relationship-driven, motivated, and passionate about helping patients and families access quality end-of-life care services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong referral source relationships within the assigned territory
- Educate healthcare partners on hospice services and patient eligibility
- Execute territory growth strategies and meet established goals
- Coordinate with clinical and operational teams to ensure excellent customer experience
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with referral partners
- Represent the organization professionally within the community
Qualifications
- Previous healthcare sales, hospice, home health, or post-acute care experience preferred
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently
- Knowledge of the local healthcare market is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
