Advanced Practice Provider

Oroville Hospital is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Emergency Department team. Our Emergency Department provides care for a diverse patient population with a broad range of medical, surgical, and traumatic conditions. Providers work collaboratively with emergency physicians, nursing staff, specialists, and hospital teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities: Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with acute and chronic medical conditions. Order and interpret laboratory, radiology, and diagnostic studies. Perform procedures within scope of practice. Develop treatment plans and coordinate patient care and disposition. Collaborate with physicians, consultants, and hospital staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Accurately document patient encounters in the electronic medical record. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program. DEA registration. ACLS & BLS. PALS preferred. Emergency Medicine experience strongly preferred.
