Manufacturing Engineer

3 - 5 Years experience in Manufacturing Engineering Venteon is currently seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to fill a 1st Shift opening with a Tier 1 company located new Grand Rapids, MI. The ideal candidates should have hands‑on experience in Process Engineering and Lean. Requirements of the Process Engineer Experience with tools such as PFMEA, Control Plans, 5S Ability to work unsupervised on assigned project list and complete projects on schedule. Experience working with robotics / industrial automation equipment Excellent written and oral communication skills. Understanding of automotive customer and their requirements Responsibilities of the Process Engineer Analyze all quality results (scrap and dimensional) and developing corrective actions. Prepares and presents periodic progress reports, and develops action plan to address identified issues. Reports periodically on program status to plant and management. Work directly with customer to optimize design. Communicate simulation/process results with customers and management #J-18808-Ljbffr
