What You'll Do:

• Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Assist residents in improving their ability to perform activities of daily living.
• Monitor and document resident progress toward therapy goals.
• Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, physicians, and families.
• Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and safety strategies.
• Help create positive rehabilitation outcomes that enhance residents' quality of life.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current Pennsylvania COTA license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Skilled nursing or geriatric rehabilitation experience preferred but not required.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
