Neonatal Intensive Care Unit - Respiratory Therapist

Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 3 months of Meditech experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - HCA - North TX Division.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: ICU experience required. NICU experience required. ED experience required. Must be able to draw ABGs. Experience with all age ranges of patients required.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Experience with Servo I ventilator preferred. Experience with I-Stat preferred.

Unit Details: Procedures performed on unit include ABGs, assisting with intubation, nebulizer treatments, Metaneb, IPPB, and CPT.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. No call. MC Alliance has Tuesday Start dates

Details:

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.

10 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months
