Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health – RN & LVN Positions Location: San Antonio, TX and surrounding areas. Pay Range: $24 – $36 per hour. Job Duties: Work full‑time and part‑time shifts, including days, nights, and weekends. Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and adolescents primarily in their homes according to the active plan of care. Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments. Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies. Coordinate care among multidisciplinary team members. Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
