Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to the unique needs of each client. \n
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused strategies effective for individuals, couples, and families. \n
- Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and security of patient information. \n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care, referring clients to additional resources when needed. \n
- Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, webinars, and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest mental health research and therapeutic practices. \n
This position primarily involves working with a diverse clientele exhibiting a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, substance misuse, and trauma. Many clients are underserved populations, making your role vital in providing accessible care and support. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field. \n
- Valid and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Washington. \n
- A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting, demonstrating the ability to work flexibly with various client situations and backgrounds. \n
- Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in psychological practice, as well as proficiency in utilizing EMR software for client management. \n
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to establish effective rapport and relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners. \n
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team. \n

- Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or addiction counseling is highly desirable. \n
- Experience with diverse populations, particularly within community health settings. \n
We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
