Repair and maintain plumbing systems. Install water heaters, fixtures, water lines, sewer lines, and other plumbing equipment. Perform drain cleaning and plumbing repairs. Present customers with repair and replacement options using our upfront, flat‑rate pricing system. Deliver exceptional customer service on every service call. Complete work orders, notes, and job documentation accurately. Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle. Represent A&N Plumbing & More professionally both on and off the job. What We’re Looking For Residential service plumbing experience is preferred. We’ll invest in the right individual who has a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Positive attitude with a professional appearance. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift at least 75 pounds and perform the physical demands of the position. Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Comfortable traveling throughout North Central Washington.
