Assistant ManagerAssistant Managers work with the General Manager to oversee in-store operations and back-of-the-house paperwork. Managers must lead by example and execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity. As a Manager, your attitude needs to be enthusiastic, eager, and positive.Assistant Manager's responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:Completing prepManaging busy rushesTraining new employeesCompleting weekly inventory and paperwork auditsActively communicating with the GM about the needs of the storeRequirements, Skills, and Abilities:Ability to work a minimum of 35 hours a weekAt least 18 years of ageBasic understanding of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe AcrobatAbility to handle fast-paced and high stress situations in the storeOrganize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervisionAbility to key close (or key open based on the store's individual needs)Compensation:Health, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance availableTwo weeks (80 hours) of paid time off during the three year of employment.
