Palmetto Moon is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager in Panama City Beach, FL. This full-time role supports the Store Sales Manager in driving sales, executing operations, and delivering outstanding customer service. The position is non-exempt and paid at an hourly rate. The role covers leadership, staff coaching, staffing, and ensuring product knowledge and visual standards are maintained across the store.
