Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: The Oaks Nursing Home – Zanesville, Ohio

The Oaks Nursing Home in Zanesville, Ohio is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care in a supportive and welcoming environment. We are currently seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and assess residents’ health conditions and report changes promptly
Collaborate with physicians, STNAs, and interdisciplinary team members
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and facility policies
Qualifications:
Current RN or LPN license in the state of Ohio
Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
