Roll Form Operator Advance Services is hiring a dependable Roll Form Operator to join a manufacturing team in Albion! This is a hands-on production position working with steel components and roll-forming equipment. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality work, safety, and teamwork. What Roll Form Operator Will Do: Load and unload steel coils and operate roll-forming equipment. Adjust machine settings and enter parts into the system. Stack, band, and label finished products accurately. Perform quality checks and maintain production records. Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe. Work with the team to meet production goals and minimize waste. What We're Looking For: 6+ months of manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred. Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 70 lbs. Ability to read measurements and perform basic math.
