Expanded Specialties: With the addition of two criticalists providing 7-day-a-week coverage and the launch of in-house cardiology our hospital has grown to meet diverse medical needs. Robust Emergency Team: Join a well-rounded group of 10 ER doctors, a team size carefully crafted to meet scheduling and operational needs. Position Details Qualifications We are seeking candidates who are either internship-trained or have 2-3 years of ER experience. Compensation Base salary of $160,000 plus production model & shift incentives for 13 shifts per month. Shifts Standard: 13-hour shifts, 13 shifts per month. Alternative 10 shifts per month at a modified compensation model for full-time flexibility.
