As a Site Supervisor, you'll be a key player in overseeing construction projects and making sure they're done on time and within budget. What You'll Do Every Day:

• Run and supervise construction projects from start to finish
• Work with subcontractors and vendors to get materials on time
• Check work sites to make sure they meet safety rules
• Look over blueprints and specs
• Estimate project costs and make budgets

Skills You Need:

• Experience in construction management
• Ability to read blueprints
• Knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Good at preventive maintenance and general repair
• Great communication and leadership skills

Skills That Would Be Nice to Have:

• OSHA certification
• Experience minimum 5 Years in Ground Up Projects
• Background in engineering, architecture or construction managemenet 
• Know-how in procurement and quality control processes
• Experience with inspections and specs

Salary:

• Minimum Salary: $63,630.00
• Maximum Salary: $82,000.00 About Us:
