Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Position Overview Join our team at Crest Pointe Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as an LPN. Proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services. Per-Diem Opportunities Available! PRN Shifts: Any 8 Hour Shifts (7 AM- 3 PM, 3 PM- 11 PM, 11 PM- 7 AM) One Weekend Per Month Is Required Hourly Range: $31.00 – $38.00/hr (Based On Experience & Incentives) ALL INCLUSIVE Shift Differentials ($1.00 For 3pm - 11pm & 11pm - 7am) Daily Pay Available and More! Responsibilities Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care, as well as physician’s plan of treatment. Follow a plan of care designed by Nurse Manager. Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC). Monitor residents’ conditions and report accordingly. Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided. Qualifications A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in the state New Jersey.
