Position Summary

The Product Owner 2 provides senior-level product leadership across multiple delivery teams, programs, and product areas within IT. The role requires strong technical execution experience and the ability to drive product strategy, roadmap development, cross-team alignment, and enterprise-level value delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver large-scale, technically complex enterprise programs.
• Define product strategy, roadmap objectives, and feature sequencing.
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and priorities.
• Align multiple teams and programs toward shared objectives.
• Influence leadership and drive cross-functional consensus.
• Use metrics such as value, predictability, and quality for decision-making.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise strategy and architecture.
• Establish and enforce product workflows, standards, and governance.
• Support long-range product planning and financial prioritization.
• Partner with Enclave and Machine Connection teams on new products.
• Work within a SAFe / Scaled Agile environment.
• Collaborate with business leadership, Product Managers, delivery teams, platform engineers, and architects.

Required / Preferred Experience

• Strong Product Ownership experience in complex, multi-team environments.
• Experience delivering large technical programs at enterprise scale.
• Experience with technologies/programs such as:
  • Cloud
  • IIOT
  • Modular data architectures
  • AI
  • Predictive planning
• Enterprise-level initiative or platform responsibility.
• Value stream mapping, Lean prioritization, or portfolio planning.
• Product workflow, standards, and governance experience.
• Long-range product planning and financial prioritization.
• Advanced SAFe or Product Management certification preferred.
