Retail Display Installer - Electronics - Part Time

Job Summary ActionLink is seeking a Part‑Time Retail Merchandiser based in Novi, MI and the surrounding area. Key Responsibilities Complete projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory. Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays. Represent global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T‑Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel. Schedule up to 15 hours per week, available Monday‑Friday 8:00 am‑5:00 pm (no weekends or evenings). Potential for additional hours if covering larger regions or traveling. Submit same‑day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each store visit. Compensation and Benefits Paid at $19.00 per hour for general merchandising projects. Higher rates for additional technical projects, based on need. W‑2 employment with bi‑weekly pay schedule and direct deposit. Optional 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match. Mileage reimbursement for store‑to‑store travel. Paid training time to prepare for the program. Accrued PTO hours each week worked. Requirements Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience is highly desirable. Versatile ability to handle all levels of merchandising work within the assigned territory. Attention to detail: follow complex written instructions and display diagrams. Work independently and collaborate with a small team when needed. Tech‑ready: internet access, basic hand‑held tools, and a Wi‑Fi/GPS enabled smart device with the latest OS update (laptop/desktop access is a plus). Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle; required to use vehicle for job duties. Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
