We are looking for a Compensation & HR Systems Manager to lead the strategy, oversight, and continuous enhancement of compensation, payroll, and HR systems. This role combines people leadership with technical and analytical expertise to strengthen data quality, improve reporting, and streamline core HR processes. The ideal candidate will partner across teams to build efficient, scalable solutions that support compliance, informed decision-making, and long-term organizational success.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, administration, and ongoing improvement of compensation, payroll, and HR systems to support reliable operations and business goals.

• Oversee system architecture, data governance, and process standards to maintain accurate records, strong controls, and dependable reporting.

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate workflows, identify efficiency gaps, and implement technology-driven improvements.

• Manage system integrations and automation initiatives that connect HR, payroll, compensation, and related platforms effectively.

• Develop and monitor reports, dashboards, and data analyses that translate workforce information into actionable insights for leadership.

• Guide compliance-focused practices by ensuring HR data processes align with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

• Supervise and support team members while setting priorities, coordinating projects, and driving continuous improvement efforts.

• Troubleshoot complex system and process issues, assess downstream impacts, and deliver practical solutions that enhance user experience and performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, including work with HR systems, compensation, or payroll operations.
• Prior experience overseeing HRIS administration and managing compensation-related processes.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead teams and coordinate cross-functional work.
• Strong knowledge of system configuration concepts, process mapping, data governance, reporting, and platform integration.
• Proven analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to use data and technology to solve business problems.
• Excellent project management, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities in complex environments.
